Recently, medical disputes have become a considerably complicated problems in hospital's management. This article illustrates the subdecanal' definite duties in superintending the medical disputes from four aspects: fulfill certain responsibilities; serves as brainman ; stress the management of medical administrative affairs ;and provides assistance beforehand. It also points out some suggestions about the subdecanal's definite duties in medical disputes.
