目的确定Ly12铝合金与A3钢的爆炸焊接条件.方法针对Ly12铝合金与A3钢在直接结合的实验中出现的问题进行了详细的分析研究,提出了在Ly12铝合金(覆板)和A3钢(基板)之间插入中间材料(A3钢薄板)的新的实验方法.结果通过实验确定出Ly12铝合金与A3钢爆炸焊接条件.结论 插入中间材料后,能使Ly12铝合金和A3钢实现良好的焊接.

Aim To determine the explosive welding conditions of thealuminium alloy Ly12 on the A3 steel. Methods A new method with a thin steel plate between the aluminium alloy (composite plate) and the steel (base plate)is adopted after analyzing the problems appeared in the experime nt of direct welding of Ly12 aluminium alloy on A3 steel. Results The correct explosive welding conditions of the Ly12 aluminium alloy and A3 ste el is obtained. Conclusion While the intermediate material is inserted, Ly12 aluminium alloy and A3 steel could be welded successfully.
