Aiming at the characteristics of the large pre-stressed concrete pipe piles of Beilun Power Plant, such as surface damp, construction operational only during low tide, complexity of construction conditions, and short construction time, the paper introduces the application of the technology of spray polyurea elastomer in the large-diameter prestressd concrete pipe piles of seaport wharfs from aspects of surface treatment, machine parameter settings, spray operation, quality control and acceptance, the existing problem and solution, etc. It could be ref erred to for design,construction,mainte nance and management of similar structures.
