为了更准确地预测发射药的有效使用期,提出了以发射药力学性能变化的数据作为老化失效判据的观点.采用热加速老化试验的方法,研究了含黑索今双基药(RB型硝胺发射药)的抗冲、抗压强度、压缩率随老化时间和温度变化的规律.结果表明,该型发射药在在安全贮存期内,高分子材料老化降解造成的力学性能下降,不会影响其安全使用.RB型硝胺发射药的使用寿命远大于安全贮存寿命.

In order to predict the service life of propellant exactly, data change of mechanical properties was used to estimate ageing failure of propellant. Adopting the method of heat-accelerated ageing test, the relationship between the mechanical properties including impact strength,compression strength and compressibility and ageing time and temperature were studied. Results show that the decline of mechanical properties of polymer materials caused by ageing, decay will not influence the safety service of RB nitramine propellant,and the service life of RB nitramine propellant exceeds its safety storage life obviously.
