在ZOOM645S解剖镜下对翘嘴鳜(♀)×斑鳜(♂)人工杂交子一代胚胎发育各个阶段的发育时序和形态特征进行了观察.结果表明:受精卵为漂浮卵,微粘性,卵径1.6~1.8 mm.在水温(24±1)℃条件下,受精后1 h 45 min,胚盘隆起;2 h 30 min,进入卵裂期;3 h 15 min,进入桑椹期;4 h 15 min,进入囊胚期;11 h,进入原肠期;13 h 40 min,进入神经胚期;14 h 20 min ,进入胚孔封闭期;17 h 20 min,进入肌节出现期;20 h 10 min,进入视泡期;25 h,进入尾芽期;26 h 40 min,进入肌肉效应期;31 h,进入晶体出现期;35 h 10 min,进入心跳期;49 h 10 min,进入眼色素形成期;51 h 20 min,进入血液循环期;59 h 10 min后,开始出膜.整个胚胎发育时序和形态特征偏向于母本翘嘴鳜.

Fertilized eggs were obtained by the crossing of Siniperca chuatsi (♀) × Siniperca scherzeri (♂) with artificial manipulation, and the embryonic development process and the morphological characters at various stages were recorded with a ZOOM645S microscope. Results showed that the fertilized egg was floating and slightly sticky with a diameter of 1.6-1.8 mm. Under the condition of (24±1)℃water temperature, 1 hour and 45 minutes after fertilizing, the fertilized egg developed to the formation of blastoderm, 2 hours and 30 minutes to cleavage stage, 3 hours to morula stage, 4 hours and 15 minutes to blastula stage, 11 hours to gastrula stage, 13 hours and 40 minutes to neurula stage, 14 hours and 20 minutes to blastopore closing stage, 17 hours and 20 minutes to myocoma formation stage, 20 hours and 10 minutes to optic vesicle stage, 25 hours to tail- bud stage, 26 hours and 40 minutes to muscular effect stage, 31 hours to eye lens formed stage, 35 hours and 10 minutes to heart working stage, 49 hours and 10 minutes eye pigmenting stage, 51 hours and 20 minutes to blood circulation stage, and 59 hours and 10 minutes, fry began to be hatched out. The overall embryonic development process and the morphological characters were more similar to those of its maternal fish.
