目的了解甲醛和噪声对血压的联合作用。方法收集某厂1995年的职业体检资料,对心血管系统部分指标进行统计学分析。结果甲醛、噪声联合作业组收缩压(SP)、舒张压(DP)、心率(PR)的平均值及血压升高发生率均高于甲醛组、噪声组,且各指标均呈噪声组、甲醛组、联合组顺序递增分布趋势,其中联合组的SP、DP值及血压升高发生率与其他两组间的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。各组工人临床主诉症状及实验室检查指标间差异无显著性意义。结论通过调查分析发现,甲醛和噪声对心血管系统存在着联合作用。

목적료해갑철화조성대혈압적연합작용。방법수집모엄1995년적직업체검자료,대심혈관계통부분지표진행통계학분석。결과갑철、조성연합작업조수축압(SP)、서장압(DP)、심솔(PR)적평균치급혈압승고발생솔균고우갑철조、조성조,차각지표균정조성조、갑철조、연합조순서체증분포추세,기중연합조적SP、DP치급혈압승고발생솔여기타량조간적차이유현저성의의(P<0.05)。각조공인림상주소증상급실험실검사지표간차이무현저성의의。결론통과조사분석발현,갑철화조성대심혈관계통존재착연합작용。
Objective To study the combined effect of formaldehyde and noise on blood pressure. Methods To sort out data of occupational somatoscopy of one factory in 1995, the indexes about cardiovascular system were statistically analysed. Results The level of systolic pressure(SP),diastolic pressure(DP) and incidence rate of hypertension in association group of formaldehyde and noise were higher than in formaldehyde group and noise group. Distribution tendence of all indexes was association group > formaldehyde group > noise group. The significant difference in the level of SP, DP and incidence rate of hypertension between association group and other two groups was found. No significant difference in complained symptom of workers and laboratory examination indexes in the three groups. Conclusion According to this researches, the combined effect of formaldehyde and noise on the cardiovasular system was comfirmed.
