目的 了解兖州市中小学生结核杆茵感染现状,为探讨预防对策提供科学依据.方法 对调查对象进行卡介菌纯蛋白衍生物(PPD)试验,接种后72小时观察结果.时PPD试验强阳性学生进行痰涂片结核杆菌检查和胸部X线检查.结果 7898名中小学生PPD试验结果表明,总阳性率为14.52%,阳性率和强阳性率女生均高于男生.农村学生强阳性率显著高于城 市,随着年龄的增长强阳性率呈逐渐增高趋势.结论 将PPD试验筛查列为每年新生入校健康体检的必查内容,及时发现传染源,采取综合性预防控制措施,防止结核病在中小学校传播与流行.

OBJECTIVE To learn about the status of tuberculosis infection in elementary and middle school students in Yanzhou County, and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of the diseases. METHODS The tuberculin test is carried on with Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) of students in elementary and middle school . Strongly positive PPD test students carried on the phlegm smear bacillus tuberculosis inspection and chest X-ray examination. RESULTS The infected rate of tuberculosis was 15.7% in 7 898 elementary and middle school students. There was significant difference at sex and region, positive rate and strong positive rate of girls were higher than boys, the infection rate of tuberculosis in city was lower than that of rural, growth rate showed strong positive trend of gradually increasing with age. CONCLUSION PPD test screening should list as new students into the school health cheek-ups must cheek the contents of the source of infection found in a timely manner, and took a comprehensive prevention and control measures to prevent the spread of TB at the primary and secondary schools and popular.
