为了提高上转换磷光生物传感器的工作效率和自动化程度,将互相关滤波技术用于对传感器采集到的信号进行预处理,基于预处理后的信号特征提出了一种简单有效的自适应边界提取算法.该算法可对免疫层析试纸条功能带(包括检测带T和质控带C)的边界线进行自动定位,并根据这些边界线计算出检测结果.实验结果表明:该算法在多种测试条件下对0~450ng/ml系列浓度标准样品进行检测,具有良好的稳定性和可靠性;且结果的重复性远优于10%,满足生物医学检测的要求.

In order to improve the operating simplicity of the Up-converting Phosphor Technology-based biosensor(UPT-based biosensor),a novel signal processing algorithm is improved.The UPT-based biosensor is an optical biosensor,where a kind of up-converting phosphor(UCP) particle serves as the biological marker.The original signal is preprocessed by cross-correlation technique to get a copy of backup-data.These backup-data are used to fix on the borderlines of the function lines(the test line T and the control line C) of the UPT immune chromatographic test strip.And,the borderlines of the function lines are determined automatically with the adaptive borderline orientation algorithm.The areas of the graphics consisted of the borderlines,the signal curve and the position axis for each function line are calculated,and the test line signal S_T and the control line signal S_C are obtained.The ratio R of ST to S_C,which is proportional to the concentration of the target analyte,is used as the judgment information.A group of standard samples are tested depend on the above algorithm in a series of experiments.It is proved to have high sensitivity(~ng/mL) and high stability(CV<5%),which can meet the need of biomedical detection.
