Aiming at the features of current videophone technology, business operating requirements and the problems of videophone promoting, the design scheme of dual-network integration(PSTN+ADSL/IP) communication services addressing and switch is proposed, which is suitable for telecom network division and regional carriers. It is a kind of softswitch technology, which is based on the features of dual-network integration and PSTN number of business location, the strategy that the region links disseminate and PSTN lines certification. Practice proves that the switch system is secure, controllable and flexible.
