在水电比例较大的四川电网中,水电优化调度是节能发电调度的重要环节.将水电和火电分开进行优化,得到水电的总负荷曲线.以水电出力之和与总负荷曲线的偏差最小为目标,考虑各种约束条件,建立水电优化调度的数学模型,并利用遗传算法进行求解.在遗传算法中,设计编码方案,对一天中的5个时段分别进行编码,在前期就剔除大量不满足约束条件的方案,加快计算速度.该模型已经在实际系统中开始试运行,取得了良好的效果.

Hydro power optimal scheduling is an important step for energy saving generation dispatch in a power grid where hydro power takes a big proportion,such as Sichuan power grid.Amathematical model of hydro power optimal scheduling is proposed.In this model,hydro power and thermal power are optimized separately to get a total load curve of hydro power,and the obuective function is to smallest the deviation between the sum of hydro plant outputs and the total load curve with various constraints.The optimization problem is solved with genetic algorithm,and a coding scheme which codes five periods of time in one day is designed.For reducing the computation time,many schemes which do not satisfy the constraints are eliminated before the genetic computation.A ctual system operation proves that the meodel has good results.
