[目的]对甘肃产亚麻籽化学成分进行研究.[方法]采用乙醇浸提法和硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构.[结果]从脱脂亚麻籽的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定出一种环肽类化合物--环亚油肽C.[结论]该化合物首次从国产亚麻籽中分离得到.

[Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical constituents from seeds of Linum usitatissimum L. [Method] Silica gel chromatography separation and purification method were used. According to the physical and chemical properties and spectral data, the structure was identified. [Result] The compound was isolated and identified as cyclolinopeptide C.[Conclusion] The compound was isolated from Linum usitatissimum L. for the first time in China.
