用H_2O_2损伤大鼠乳鼠的心肌细胞建立氧化应激损伤模型, 考察谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶模拟物Se-scFv-B3对H_2O_2诱导的大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞氧化损伤的影响. 结果表明, Se-scFv-B3能部分增加心肌细胞存活率, 减少细胞凋亡, 恢复线粒体膜电位, 下调Caspase-3活力并降低细胞内活性氧的含量. 表明Se-scFv-B3可以保护心肌细胞抵制H_2O_2诱导的氧化应激损伤.
用H_2O_2損傷大鼠乳鼠的心肌細胞建立氧化應激損傷模型, 攷察穀胱甘肽過氧化物酶模擬物Se-scFv-B3對H_2O_2誘導的大鼠乳鼠心肌細胞氧化損傷的影響. 結果錶明, Se-scFv-B3能部分增加心肌細胞存活率, 減少細胞凋亡, 恢複線粒體膜電位, 下調Caspase-3活力併降低細胞內活性氧的含量. 錶明Se-scFv-B3可以保護心肌細胞牴製H_2O_2誘導的氧化應激損傷.
용H_2O_2손상대서유서적심기세포건립양화응격손상모형, 고찰곡광감태과양화물매모의물Se-scFv-B3대H_2O_2유도적대서유서심기세포양화손상적영향. 결과표명, Se-scFv-B3능부분증가심기세포존활솔, 감소세포조망, 회복선립체막전위, 하조Caspase-3활력병강저세포내활성양적함량. 표명Se-scFv-B3가이보호심기세포저제H_2O_2유도적양화응격손상.
To investigate the antioxidant effect of Se-scFv-B3, a model system of H_2O_2-induced rat cardiac myocyte damage was established. Se-scFv-B3 was demonstrated to protect cardiac myocytes against H_2O_2-induced damage by the increase of cell viability, the decline of cell apoptosis, the inhibition of mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψ_m) collapse, the decrease of Caspase-3 activity and intracellular H_2O_2 after treatment of rat cardiac myocytes by Se-scFv-B3.
