采用流变学原理对乳胶基质在管内输送过程中的流动特性进行了分析,得出了乳胶基质在直管、弯管和锥形管道内压降的计算公式,并对系统管内压降进行了计算.研究结果表明,乳胶基质在输送过程中管内的理论计算压降与实测压降具有较好的一致性.

Based on the rheological theory, characteristics of emulsion matrix during pipeline transportation was analyzed, and formula to calculate pressure drop for emulsion matrix in straight tube, syphon and cone-shaped tube was derived. The pressure drop in the pipeline system was obtained through calculation. Research results show that the theoretical value of pressure drop for emulsion matrix during transportation is well consistent with the actual measured value.
