将一种十八铵盐类柴油降凝剂(POSA)与T-1805和JKT-1010降凝剂进行两两复配,考察其对市售柴油和常压三线柴油的降凝助滤效果及最佳使用量.结果表明:单一使用3种降凝剂对2种不同油样的降凝降滤效果都不理想,最多只降滤点2℃.将3种降凝剂按不同比例进行两两复配,POSA和JKT-1010的复配及JKT-1010与T-1805的复配效果不明显,但POSA与T-1805的复配效果较好.当m(POSA)∶m(T-1805)为1∶1时,可降常压三线的柴油凝点6℃,滤点5℃.当m(POSA)∶m(T-1805)为1∶3时,可降市售柴油效果凝点10℃,滤点18℃.

The effects of decreasing pour point and the cold filter plugging point on commercial diesel oil and three-pressure-lowering diesel oil were studied by mixing the octadecyamine(POSA) with two pour point depressants T-1805 and JKT-1010,respectively.Results showed that it was ineffective for both oil samples when using the three pour points alone,and fluid point was only decreased by 2 ℃.The different proportions of three depressant compound pairwise.POSA compound with JKT-1010 and JKT-1010 compound with POSA were not obvious,but the POSA compound with T-1805 was better.Pour point and filter plugging point of the three-pressure-lowering diesel oil were decreased by 6 ℃ and 5 ℃,when the ratio of the POSA and T-1805 mixture of 1∶ 1.Pour point and filter plugging point of the commercial diesel oil were decreased by 10 ℃ and 18 ℃,when the ratio of the POSA and T-1805 mixture of 1∶ 3.
