目的检测RECK及相关 MMPs在神经母细胞瘤及肝母细胞瘤细胞中的表达,探讨RECK及相关MMPs在两种肿瘤的转移特性中的不同意义.方法收集1995年1月至2011年2月手术切除并经病理证实为神经母细胞瘤和肝母细胞瘤的蜡块标本73例,神经母细胞瘤36例,肝母细胞瘤37例.男43例,女30例,年龄6个月～8岁,平均为3.6岁.采用第二代通用型二步法监测系统(PV-6000)免疫组织化学方法检测神经母细胞瘤和肝母细胞瘤组织中RECK及相关MMPs的表达情况.结果 RECK在肝母细胞瘤组织中的阳性率为43.2％ (16/37),高于神经母细胞瘤27.8％(10/36),MMPs在恶性肿瘤的转移特性巾有明显意义.神经母细胞瘤及肝母细胞瘤肿瘤组织中RECK和MMP-14、MT1 MMP的表达均呈负相关(P＜0.05,r=-0.418,P＜0.05,r=-0.583).结论 MMPs在神经母细胞瘤中的表达高于肝母细胞瘤；RECK和相关MMPs的表达随肿瘤的转移、浸润呈负相关.
목적 검측RECK급상관 MMPs재신경모세포류급간모세포류세포중적표체,탐토RECK급상관MMPs재량충종류적전이특성중적불동의의.방법 수집1995년1월지2011년2월수술절제병경병리증실위신경모세포류화간모세포류적사괴표본73례,신경모세포류36례,간모세포류37례.남43례,녀30례,년령6개월～8세,평균위3.6세.채용제이대통용형이보법감측계통(PV-6000)면역조직화학방법검측신경모세포류화간모세포류조직중RECK급상관MMPs적표체정황.결과 RECK재간모세포류조직중적양성솔위43.2％ (16/37),고우신경모세포류27.8％(10/36),MMPs재악성종류적전이특성건유명현의의.신경모세포류급간모세포류종류조직중RECK화MMP-14、MT1 MMP적표체균정부상관(P＜0.05,r=-0.418,P＜0.05,r=-0.583).결론 MMPs재신경모세포류중적표체고우간모세포류；RECK화상관MMPs적표체수종류적전이、침윤정부상관.
Objective To study the expression of reversion-inducing cysteine-rich protein with Kazal motifs (RECK),matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs) in neurohlastoma and neuroblastoma,and investigate the? influence of RECK and MMPs on tumor metastasis.Metheds From January 1995 to February 2011,73 reacted tumor specimen including 36 neuroblastoma specimens and 37 neuroblastoma specimens were collected and recruited in this study.PV-6000 immunohistochemical study was performed to investigate the expressions of RECK and MMPs in neuroblastoma and hepatoblastoma.Results The expression positive rate of RECK in the hepatoblastoma specimens was 43.2％(16/37),which was higher than? that in neuroblastoma (27.8％.10/36).The expression of MMPs in neuroblastoma and neuroblastoma was correlated with tumor metastasis.The expressions of RECK.MMP14 and MT1-MMP in neuroblastoma and neuroblastoma were negatively correlated with tumor metastasis (P＜0.05,r =- 0.418; P＜0.05,r =- 0.583).Conclusions The expression positive rate of RECK in the hepatoblastoma specimens is higher than that in neuroblastoma.The expressions of RECK,MMp14 and MT1 MMP in neuroblastoma and neuroblastoma are negatively correlated with tumor metastasis and infiltration.
