目的:通过改良固化液配方途径探讨提高羟磷灰石骨水泥材料压缩强度的可能性.方法:采用磷酸钙、碳酸钙和磷酸氢钙为起始原料,通过固相反应合成制取仅含有羟磷灰石和α-磷酸三钙两晶相组成的粉剂;以柠檬酸水溶液为基本组成,结合添加柠檬酸盐、丙烯酸 /衣康酸共聚液等试剂,调制不同浓度配比的固化液.结果:采用单一柠檬酸水溶液作为调和液能够起到固化作用,但是压缩强度不高,仅为 24.96 MPa左右;在柠檬酸水溶液中加入适量的柠檬酸盐可有效提高强度,但提高幅度有限,最高值在 35.60 MPa范围;当柠檬酸 /柠檬酸盐水溶液与丙烯酸 /衣康酸共聚液两者约以 1∶ 2配伍时,固化体的压缩强度可得到大幅度提高,最大值可达到 116.98 MPa.结论:柠檬酸盐溶液结合丙烯酸 /衣康酸共聚液作为固化液时可显著提高固化体的压缩强度.
目的:通過改良固化液配方途徑探討提高羥燐灰石骨水泥材料壓縮彊度的可能性.方法:採用燐痠鈣、碳痠鈣和燐痠氫鈣為起始原料,通過固相反應閤成製取僅含有羥燐灰石和α-燐痠三鈣兩晶相組成的粉劑;以檸檬痠水溶液為基本組成,結閤添加檸檬痠鹽、丙烯痠 /衣康痠共聚液等試劑,調製不同濃度配比的固化液.結果:採用單一檸檬痠水溶液作為調和液能夠起到固化作用,但是壓縮彊度不高,僅為 24.96 MPa左右;在檸檬痠水溶液中加入適量的檸檬痠鹽可有效提高彊度,但提高幅度有限,最高值在 35.60 MPa範圍;噹檸檬痠 /檸檬痠鹽水溶液與丙烯痠 /衣康痠共聚液兩者約以 1∶ 2配伍時,固化體的壓縮彊度可得到大幅度提高,最大值可達到 116.98 MPa.結論:檸檬痠鹽溶液結閤丙烯痠 /衣康痠共聚液作為固化液時可顯著提高固化體的壓縮彊度.
목적:통과개량고화액배방도경탐토제고간린회석골수니재료압축강도적가능성.방법:채용린산개、탄산개화린산경개위기시원료,통과고상반응합성제취부함유간린회석화α-린산삼개량정상조성적분제;이저몽산수용액위기본조성,결합첨가저몽산염、병희산 /의강산공취액등시제,조제불동농도배비적고화액.결과:채용단일저몽산수용액작위조화액능구기도고화작용,단시압축강도불고,부위 24.96 MPa좌우;재저몽산수용액중가입괄량적저몽산염가유효제고강도,단제고폭도유한,최고치재 35.60 MPa범위;당저몽산 /저몽산염수용액여병희산 /의강산공취액량자약이 1∶ 2배오시,고화체적압축강도가득도대폭도제고,최대치가체도 116.98 MPa.결론:저몽산염용액결합병희산 /의강산공취액작위고화액시가현저제고고화체적압축강도.
AIM:To explore the possibility of increasing compressive strength of hydroxyapatite(HA) bone cement by improving the composition of the liquids for hardening. METHODS:The powder of cement which was composed of α-tricalcium phosphate(α-TCP) and HA were synthesized from calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate and dicalcium phosphate dihydrate by solid reaction;The liquids for hardening were different proportion of aqueous solutions prepared by adding citrate and/or copolymer solutions of acrylic acid/itaconic acid into citric acid. RESULTS:The cement could be hardened when the liquid for hardening was composed of citric acid solution.However the compressive strength of 24.96 MPa was only recorded.After adding appropriate citrate into the liquid,compressive strength of cement was improved, reaching a maximum of 35.60 Mpa.After the liquid was prepared by mixing citric acid/citrate solution and copolymer solution of acrylic acid/itaconic acid at the ratio of 1:2,the compressive strength of the hardened cement was very significantly improved,reaching a maximum of 116.98 MPa. CONCLUSION:Compressive strength of HA bone cement can be obviously improved and modified when the liquid for hardening is composed of citrate and copolymer solution of acrylic acid/itaconic acid.
