目的对脑膜炎患者脑脊液中分离鉴定的人苍白杆菌进行外膜蛋白的抗原性及其对羊布鲁菌交叉保护性进行初步研究.方法以三氯醋酸法提取人苍白杆菌和羊布鲁菌外膜蛋白组分(OMP),并对小鼠进行免疫学试验.结果以羊布鲁菌OMP免疫和攻击后的10只小鼠,10 d内死亡4/10,脾脏检出菌3/10;而以人苍白杆菌OMP免疫的小鼠,在羊布鲁菌攻击后全部死亡,脾脏检出菌8/10.结论分离的人苍白杆菌OMP对羊布鲁菌并没有交叉保护作用,不能用作预防布鲁菌感染的候选疫苗抗原.至于人苍白杆菌的其他组分是否有效,有待于进一步分析探讨.
목적 대뇌막염환자뇌척액중분리감정적인창백간균진행외막단백적항원성급기대양포로균교차보호성진행초보연구.방법 이삼록작산법제취인창백간균화양포로균외막단백조분(OMP),병대소서진행면역학시험.결과 이양포로균OMP면역화공격후적10지소서,10 d내사망4/10,비장검출균3/10;이이인창백간균OMP면역적소서,재양포로균공격후전부사망,비장검출균8/10.결론 분리적인창백간균OMP대양포로균병몰유교차보호작용,불능용작예방포로균감염적후선역묘항원.지우인창백간균적기타조분시부유효,유대우진일보분석탐토.
Objective To perform preliminary study on outer membrane protein(OMP)immunogenicity and cross protection on B. melitensis of Ochrobactrum anthropi(O.anthropi)isolated from the meningitis patients'cerebrospinal fluid in our hospital.Methods Trichloroaeetie acid method was employed to isolate OMP of O.anthropi and B.melitensis,and then the immunologic test was carried out in mice.Results Four mice ended with death in 10 days out of 10 mice immunized and challenged with OMP of B.melitensis.and the pathogenic bacterium was detected in spleen in 3 out of 10 mice.By comparison,none survived after challenge of OMP of O.anthropi,and the pathogenic bacterium was detected in spleen in 8 Out of 10 mice.Conclusion The OMP of O.anthropi isolated from our hospital has no cross protection on B.melitensis infection.Whether the other composition of O.anthropi is cross-protective or not needs further research.
