海泡石是一种高比表面积黏土矿物,但天然产出的海泡石纯度较低。采用擦洗-离心分离法对海泡石原料进行选矿提纯,通过XRD、zeta电位、粒度分布、悬浮液稳定性分析、吸附罗丹明B等检测手段对提纯海泡石进行表征与机理分析。结果表明,原矿品位为56.0%的海泡石经选矿提纯后精矿品位为89.2%,产率为47.30%,回收率为75.34%。精选提纯原理是海泡石与杂质矿物首先解离且被稳定分散,然后在层流离心力场中分离。

This paper use scrub-centrifugal separation method to purify the sepiolite by XRD, zeta potential, particle size distribution, suspension stability analysis, the adsorption of Rhodamine B and other means, the characterization and mechanism analysis of purified sepiolite was detected. The results showed that through purification the grade of sepiolite increased from 56.0% to 89.2%, recovery was 75.34% and yield was 47.30%. The purification principle is sepiolite and impurities in mineral first being dissociatedand scattered steadily, then separated in the laminar flow by the centrifugal force.
