以不同预处理的猪粪为饵料,实验室条件下研究了温度、湿度和接种密度对赤子爱胜蚓生长和繁殖的影响,并对蚯蚓处理前的饵料和蚯蚓处理后的蚓粪中有机碳、全氮、全磷、全钾、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾含量及pH值进行了测试对比.结果表明:赤子爱胜蚓处理猪粪,较适宜的工艺条件为:温度15~25 ℃,湿度65%~75%,接种密度8~12条/盆.蚓粪与处理前的猪粪相比,其有机碳、全氮、全磷含量下降,而全钾、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾含量升高,pH值由碱性下降至中性偏碱.
以不同預處理的豬糞為餌料,實驗室條件下研究瞭溫度、濕度和接種密度對赤子愛勝蚓生長和繁殖的影響,併對蚯蚓處理前的餌料和蚯蚓處理後的蚓糞中有機碳、全氮、全燐、全鉀、速效氮、速效燐、速效鉀含量及pH值進行瞭測試對比.結果錶明:赤子愛勝蚓處理豬糞,較適宜的工藝條件為:溫度15~25 ℃,濕度65%~75%,接種密度8~12條/盆.蚓糞與處理前的豬糞相比,其有機碳、全氮、全燐含量下降,而全鉀、速效氮、速效燐、速效鉀含量升高,pH值由堿性下降至中性偏堿.

With different pre-disposed pig manure as baits,the effects of temperature,humidity and inoculation density on the growth and fecundity of Etienia foetida were studied under the experimental conditions. The contents of organic C,total N,total P,total K,quick-acting N,quick-acting P and quick-acting K and pH value in the pre-disposed and disposed pig manure with E. foetida were tested and compared. The suitable technology conditions for disposing pig manure with E. foetida were as follows:the temperature of 15 -25℃,the humidity of 65% -75% and the inoculation density of 8 - 12 earthworms per pot. Compared with pre-disposed pig manure,the content of organic carbon,total N and total P in earthworm manure decreased,the content of total potassium,quick-acting nitrogen,quick-acting phosphorus and quick-acting potassium increased, pH value decreased from alkalinity to neutral.
