针对非独立悬架与转向传动机构空间运动干涉平面分析方法的不足,文中基于整车实际设计参数的空间位置坐标建立了干涉分析的空间模型,并对这种模型进行了解析研究.结果与实车测量干涉量进行了比较,验证了空间模型的精确性,这对于提高转向系统结构优化的精确性具有重要意义.

Directed towards the deficiency of the planar analytical method for the spatial movement interference of non-independent suspension and steering transmission mechanism, the space model of interference analysis was established in this paper based on the spatial positional coordinates of the practical designing parameters of entire vehicle ,and an analytical research was put forward on this model. A comparison has been advanced on the result of research and the interference quantity of actual vehicle measurement, thus verified the accuracy of the spatial model, which has important significance for enhancing the accuracy of structural optimization of the steering system.
