研究了铜绿微囊藻在纯培养体系中温度、光照、氮磷比对其生长的影响.结果显示:该铜绿微囊藻在28 ℃时生长最好,藻细胞密度达到最大值.在试验范围内,铜绿微囊藻在3 000 lx时生长最好,藻细胞密度达到最大值.15∶1是铜绿微囊藻生长较为理想的氮磷比值.

This study investigated the influence of temperature, illumination and N/P on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa in pure cultivatable system. The results indicated that the growth of the Microcystis aeruginosa in 28℃ was better, and cell density reached the maximum. In this research, the growth of the Microcystis aeruginosa in 3 000 lx was better, and cell density reached the maximum. The growth of the Microcystis aeruginosa was better when TN/TP reached 15∶1.
