Under the existing buildings energy-saving transformation background, as to the frequently asked questions, the following points in energy-saving potential analysis are pointed out. System COP′ is introduced as host replacement to take the system energy consumption changes into account. The lighting energy-saving is separated into two parts. They are equipments themselves energy-saving and lighting heat gain energy-saving. The energy-saving effect of window film on the architecture outer surface is analyzed with BIN parameter method in summer and winter. All of above provide references for the energy-saving potential analysis of the existing building reformation.
