党委领导下的校长负责制是经过反复探索与实践而形成的公办高等学校的根本领导体制。10多年的实践和探索,已验证了这一领导体制的正确性和可行性。同时,在实践运行中还存在着一些不可忽视的问题,需要进一步改进和完善。通过南昌航空大学党委领导下校长负责制的实践探索,在深刻把握其科学内涵的基础上,提出了进一步坚持和完善这一领导体制的若干思考。
黨委領導下的校長負責製是經過反複探索與實踐而形成的公辦高等學校的根本領導體製。10多年的實踐和探索,已驗證瞭這一領導體製的正確性和可行性。同時,在實踐運行中還存在著一些不可忽視的問題,需要進一步改進和完善。通過南昌航空大學黨委領導下校長負責製的實踐探索,在深刻把握其科學內涵的基礎上,提齣瞭進一步堅持和完善這一領導體製的若榦思攷。

Principal accountability system under the leadership of the Party committee has been established as a basic leadership system in public higher education universities through repeated explorations and practices.It has been proved to be correct and feasible through years of exploration and practice.Meanwhile,some important issues should be addressed and be further improved and perfected in the process of practice and operation.Integrating the practice of NanChang Hangkong University Principal Accountability system under the leadership of the Party committee,this paper puts forward some reflections on further upholding and improving principal accountability system based on the profound grasp of the scientific essence of this system.
