目的 探讨分析护理干预对帕金森病患者临床症状和生活质量的影响及意义.方法 随机抽取2011年1至5月我院收治的60例帕金森病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规护理和药物治疗,观察组在常规护理和药物治疗的基础上实施针对性的护理干预措施,比较分析两组患者护理前后临床症状和生活质量情况.结果 经过护理干预观察组患者的生活质量评分和临床症状与对照组相比差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 护理干预能有效提高PD患者的生活质量,有效改善PD患者的临床症状,促进PD患者的早日康复.

목적 탐토분석호리간예대파금삼병환자림상증상화생활질량적영향급의의.방법 수궤추취2011년1지5월아원수치적60례파금삼병환자,수궤분위관찰조화대조조각30례,대조조채용상규호리화약물치료,관찰조재상규호리화약물치료적기출상실시침대성적호리간예조시,비교분석량조환자호리전후림상증상화생활질량정황.결과 경과호리간예관찰조환자적생활질량평분화림상증상여대조조상비차이유현저성(P＜0.05).결론 호리간예능유효제고PD환자적생활질량,유효개선PD환자적림상증상,촉진PD환자적조일강복.
Objective To explore the nursing intervention on patients with Parkinson disease analysis of clinical symptoms and quality of life (QOL) and its significance.Methods 60 patients with Parkinson disease were randomly selected from 2011 January to 2011 May,and divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group,the control group received routine care and drug treatment,the observation group was treated with routine care and drug therapy based on the implementation of specific nursing interventions,a comparative analysis was conducted to compare clinical symptoms and QOL before and after nursing in two groups.Results After nursing intervention the QOL score and clinical symptoms of observation group was compared with those of the control group,showing significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the QOL of patients with Parkinson disease,effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the Parkinson disease patients,and to promote their early recovery.
