目的 探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植重建角膜缘干细胞治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效.方法 近6年来1032例(1285眼)翼状胬肉行自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,重建角膜缘干细胞,术后进行严格用药并定期复诊,术后随访6个月～5年.结果 1285眼术后胬肉复发46眼,占3.58％.结论 自体角膜缘干细胞移植重建具有功能活性的角膜缘干细胞是治疗翼状胬肉较为好的手术方法.
目的 探討自體角膜緣榦細胞移植重建角膜緣榦細胞治療翼狀胬肉的臨床療效.方法 近6年來1032例(1285眼)翼狀胬肉行自體角膜緣榦細胞移植術,重建角膜緣榦細胞,術後進行嚴格用藥併定期複診,術後隨訪6箇月～5年.結果 1285眼術後胬肉複髮46眼,佔3.58％.結論 自體角膜緣榦細胞移植重建具有功能活性的角膜緣榦細胞是治療翼狀胬肉較為好的手術方法.
목적 탐토자체각막연간세포이식중건각막연간세포치료익상노육적림상료효.방법 근6년래1032례(1285안)익상노육행자체각막연간세포이식술,중건각막연간세포,술후진행엄격용약병정기복진,술후수방6개월～5년.결과 1285안술후노육복발46안,점3.58％.결론 자체각막연간세포이식중건구유공능활성적각막연간세포시치료익상노육교위호적수술방법.
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of reconstruction of limbal stem cells for pterygium through limbal stem cells transplantion.Methods 1032 cases( 1285 eyes) with ptergium were treated with limbal stem cells autograft transplantation in our hospital in the lated six years.The patients were treated with strict medicine and regular return visit after operation,and they were followed up from six months to 5 years.Results The 46 eyes of all the 1285 eyes recured after operation,account for 3.58％.Conclusion It is an ideal operative method for pterygium since the limbal stem cells autograft transplantation reconstructed the functional active limbal stem cells.
