根据Ho3+在Ho:YVO4晶体的吸收谱和0.6~2.1 μm波段的荧光谱,用J-O理论计算了Ho3+的强度参数Ωλ,并由此计算了激发能级的振子强度、自发辐射跃迁几率、荧光分支比和积分发射截面等光谱参数,讨论了Ho:YVO4晶体作为红外激光材料的可能性。
根據Ho3+在Ho:YVO4晶體的吸收譜和0.6~2.1 μm波段的熒光譜,用J-O理論計算瞭Ho3+的彊度參數Ωλ,併由此計算瞭激髮能級的振子彊度、自髮輻射躍遷幾率、熒光分支比和積分髮射截麵等光譜參數,討論瞭Ho:YVO4晶體作為紅外激光材料的可能性。
근거Ho3+재Ho:YVO4정체적흡수보화0.6~2.1 μm파단적형광보,용J-O이론계산료Ho3+적강도삼수Ωλ,병유차계산료격발능급적진자강도、자발복사약천궤솔、형광분지비화적분발사절면등광보삼수,토론료Ho:YVO4정체작위홍외격광재료적가능성。
The intensity parameters Ωλ of Ho3+ in Ho:YVO4 crystal were calculated with J-O theory according to the absorption spectrum.Based on these Ωλ values,the oscillator strength of excited energy state,spontaneous radiation rate,branching ratio and integrated emission cross section were estimated.A discussion on potentiality of application in the infrared laser material is given.
