以甘蔗新品种黔引07-01作供试材料,进行了5种不同用种量栽培试验.结果表明:用种量7000芽/667m~2处理的出苗率86.5%、分蘖率94.8%、生长速61.38 cm/月、茎径2.98cm、株高310.3cm、单茎重2.05 kg、有效茎4 272条/667m~2、产量8 758 kg/667m~2、蔗糖分含量17.10%,分别较常规用种量10000芽/667m~2的出苗率提高53.4%、分蘖率增加20.6%、生长速快9.22 cm/月、茎径增大0.1 cm、株高增高35.5 cm、单茎重增重0.19 kg、有效茎多168条;增产14.72%,增糖0.82%,差异性分别迭极显著和显著水平,双增效果好,而且667m~2用种成本至少可节约150元.在同期用种量处理中综合表现最佳,可供黔引07-01品种推广应用时参考.

Five different seed quantities of Qianyin 07-01 (a new sugarcane variety) were tested to study effects on its growth and yield. The results showed that the seedling rate, tillering rate, growing rate, stem diameter, plant height, single stem weight, effective stems, yield and cane sugar content of the treatment with 7 000 buds/667m~2 seed quantity was 86.5%, 94.8%, 61.38 cm/month, 2.98 cm, 310.3 cm, 2.05 kg, 4 272 stems/667m~2, 8 758 kg/667m~2 and 17.10%, 53.4%, 20.6%, 9.22 cm/month, 0.1 cm, 35.5 cm, 0.19 kg, 168 stems, 14.72% and 0.82% higher than CK with 10000 buds/667m~2 seed quantity respectively, and there were very significant difference or difference in these characters between the treatment with 7 000 buds/667m~2 seed quantity and CK with 10 000 buds/667m~2 seed quantity. The method of 7 000 buds/667m~2 seed quantity with saving 150 Yuan/667m~2 of seed cost and raising yield can be referenced in popularization of Qianyin 07-01.
