在对泉州市农村集体土地流转调研的基础上,分析了农村集体土地流转的现状,并指出土地流转实践中存在的主要问题,最后针对农村集体土地流转的问题提出解决对策和建议,为泉州市全面开展农村集体土地流转工作提供参考.

Based upon the studying usufruct circulation of rural collective land in Quanzhou, the status quo of rural collective land circulation was analyzed, the main problems in fulfilling land circulation were illustrated, and its counter-measurements aimed to the problems of rural collective land circulation was put forward, which provided the reference to full-scale implementation of usufruct circulation of rural collective land in Quanzhou.
