用马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂液体培养基培养白毒鹅膏菌,测定培养过程中的pH变化、蛋白质含量2项生理指标与6种胞外酶的活性.结果表明:在整个培养过程中,6种胞外酶均有酶活,但不同酶的活性差异较大,产酶高峰也不尽相同,淀粉酶于第5 d达到峰值(198 U);羧甲基纤维素酶、微晶纤维素酶和滤纸纤维素酶的酶活变化趋势相近,分别为199、199、198 U;愈创木酚氧化酶与邻苯二酚氧化酶的酶活分别在第10 d、第11 d达到峰值,分别为182、58 U.蛋白含量和pH随时间变化,且与酶活力有关.

Dynamic variations of two physiological indices and activities of six kinds of extracellular enzymes during the potato-dextrose-yeast medium liquid culture of Amanita verna were measured. The result showed that during the whole culture the six enzymes have activities. Their production peaks were also different. Amylase reached the peak in the fifth day(198 U).Enzyme activities on earboxymethyl cellulase, mieroerystalline cellulase, and filter paper cellulase showed similar trends(199 U,199 U,198 U).Guaiacol oxidase and catechol oxidase activity reached the maxima peak in the 10th day,and the 11th day(182 U,58 U),respectively. The concentration of the protein and pH value changed with the time and it is relative with the femlentation.
