离心铸造条件下要使含镍高锰铝青铜同时满足σ_b≥735MPa、δ_5≥18%是一个很高的要求.基于大量生产数据,对离心铸造条件下高锰铝青铜采用MATLAB进行多元线性回归建模,确立了σ_b、σ_s、δ_5、HB分别与Al、Mn、Fe、Ni之间的多元线性回归方程,并对方程进行检验,确认其有效性.再对50组真值采用分层逐次逼近法加以筛选和对由回归方程得到的2 916组预测值进行大范围筛选,经对比分析并结合大量实践经验,给出了同时满足σ_b≥735 MPa、δ_5≥18%合金专用配比的推荐范围及优选范围,并对元素间的匹配关系、杂质含量以及浇注温度的控制进行了讨论.

In centrifugal casting, to produce the high manganese aluminum bronze containing nickel meets σ_b≥735 MPa, δ_5≥18% is very difficult. Based on many practical data, model of multiple linear regression by MATLAB in centrifugal casting are built up, and the multiple linear regression equations of σ_b, σ_5, δ_5, HB correspond to Al, Mn, Fe, Ni, respectively are established and the validity of the equations are verified and confirmed. By adopting approaching method, through compare and analysis for the 50 groups of true value and the 2 916 groups predicted value from linear regression equation, and combine with plenty of practical experience, the preferred scope of proportioning of alloying elements, which can meet requirement σ_b≥735 MPa, δ_5≥18% is given. At the same time, problems such as the matching relations between elements, impurity content, and control of pouring temperature are also presented.
