采用FLUENT软件对长短叶片混流式水轮机HLA351转轮在额定工况下进行了三维定常数值模拟,较好地预测了转轮内部流场详细情况.计算结果表明,增减短叶片,转轮内部流态出现了较大的变化,其中长短叶片结合式转轮流态最好,水力性能最优,长叶片转轮次之,短叶片转轮较差.

Numerical simulation of three-dimensional turbulent flow through three Francis turbine runners for which type of blades is different is conducted on the basis of Reynolds equations closed by Standard k-e turbulent model with general coordinates. The model of calculation is HLA351. The results show that the detail of flow field in Francis turbine runner can be well predicted. In the same circumstances, hydraulic performance of the runner with long and short blades is better than conventional runner. It can be concluded that the results are able to provide an important guideline for the hydraulic design of Francis turbine or its optimization.
