为了寻找胃癌患者血清样品在进行激光拉曼光谱检测时，部分样品不能得到拉曼光谱的原因，用光谱法分别检测了一级纯水、0．33mol／L的稀硫酸以及39例胃癌患者血清的激光拉曼光谱．结果表明：纯水和稀硫酸的拉曼光谱没有明显的拉曼峰；64％的胃癌患者血清可以扫描出明显的拉曼峰，36％的样品不能得到明显的拉曼峰；用稀硫酸水浴后，36％不能得到明显拉曼峰的样品，86％可以得到明显的拉曼峰．结论：稀硫酸水浴可以作为提高胃癌患者血清拉曼光谱检出率的新方法．

In order to seek for the reason why some gastric cancer patients＇ serum samples couldn＇t obtain their Laman spectrums, the first-level pure water, 0.33 mol/L dilute sulphoacid and 39 samples of gastric cancer patients＇ serums were tested by spectrometry. The results indicated that the first-level pure water and 0.33 mol/L dilute sulphoacid had no obvious Laman spectrum peak; 64% of gastric： cancer patients＇ serum samples could get obvious Laman spectrum peaks, but 36% couldn＇t. Having a dilute sulphoacid bath, 86% of the samples which couldn＇t obtain obvious Laman peak could obtain obvious Laman peaks. It can be concluded that the dilute sulphuric acid bath can raise the detection rate of gastric cancer patient serums＇ Laman spectrums as a new method.
