以某重型机床主轴箱为研究对象,通过三维制图软件Pro/E建立三维实体模型,把模型导入ANSYS中,对主轴箱进行静态及模态分析,获得机床主轴箱的应力分布情况、固有频率和振型。通过ANSYS分析得到的结果为以后对重型机床主轴箱的优化设计提供了理论依据,缩短了设计周期。

In this paper,we use a headstock of heavy machine as the object.Three-dimensional solid model has been built by Pro/E and the model is imported into the ANSYS.We makes the static and model analysis in order to obtain the stress distribution,natural frequencies and mode shapes of the headstock.Through the result obtained by ANSYS,the research provides the theoretical evidence for the optimization of the heavy machine headstock,the period of design is shortened.
