According to coordination theory,application talents training in colleges includes producing,learning,and researching.The training model includes two parts： government,market and school vs.teacher and students as participants.Collaborative model is a better way balancing all the elements with a more open spatial system,open system of teaching content and procedure,which is an effective research perspective.
