微小RNA(miRNA)是近年来发现的一类长度为19~25碱基的非编码小分子单链RNA,普遍存在于生物界,在不同物种间具有高度的保守性,其表达具有细胞特异性或组织特异性.通过与miRNA特异性的碱基完全或不完全的互补配对,降解其靶基因miRNA或抑制其翻译,从而参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化和细胞凋亡过程.miRNA可通过调控其靶基因,影响肿瘤的发生和发展,发挥着类似于癌基因或抑癌基因的功能.目前研究表明,miRNA与肿瘤的发生相关.阐明miRNA与肿瘤基因的关系,对其作为癌症潜在的治疗靶点具有重要意义.

MicroRNA (miRNA)is small non-coding and single-stranded RNA existing in plants and animals with 19-25 nucleotides,miRNA expression is cell or tissue specific.The construction of miRNA has high conservation among different species.MiRNA regulate gene expression by binding with complementary sequences and inhibiting translation of target genes.They participate in tumor cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis processes as function as oncogenes or tumor supressor genes.Studies show that the abnormal changes of miRNA expression occurring in tumors,and it is involved in tumor development.Clarifying the relationship of miRNA and tumor gene in the oncogenesis is important for miRNA as potential therapeutic targets.
