对高砷燃煤中抑制砷挥发的固砷剂进行了详细的条件试验,结果表明:固硫剂TL-4用量1%时对固砷效果好,具有固硫固砷的双重作用。原生矿白云岩在3%~7%时固砷效果也很好,并具有成本低兼值得推广的优点。煤的燃烧温度对固砷率有明显影响,并确定在1 050℃时固砷效果最好,煤粒径对固砷率也有明显影响,固砷率随着煤粒径变小而增大。

The paper analyzed the arsenic capture sorbent that inhibiting arsenic volatilization in rich arsenic coal. According to the study, it has better effect with 1% desulfurization agent for capturing arsenic and has double effect of capture arsenic and sulfur. It has better effect with 3% - 7% original ore dolomite for capturing arsenic and it has low cost. The combustion temperature of coal and the particle size of coal has very significant effect to capture arsenic.
