按照《中国药典》(2010版)中关于水分、总灰分和浸出物测定方法,对三台县川产道地药材一麦冬的相关含量进行了测定与分析.结果表明:三台县川产道地药材一麦冬的水分含量范围为(9.77±0.27)%~(12.41±0.41)%,平均值为10.69%,总灰分含量范围为(2.43±0.06)O~(3.05±0.08)O,平均值为2.84%,浸出物含量范围为(70.91±0.97)%~(76.12±1.30)%,平均值是73.80%,均满足《中国药典》(2010版)麦冬的用药标准,而且水分含量不超过14.0%,总灰分含量不高于4.00,水溶性浸出物不低于70%.

Content of moisture, ashes and extracts of Ophiopogon Japonicus, a geo-authentic crude drug produced in Santai county of Sichuan province, were determined by methods proposed in Chinese pharmacopoeia (2010 edition). The results showed that moisture content in Ophiopogon japonicus was between (9.77 ± 0.27)% - (12.41 ± 0.41)%, with' an average content of about 10.69%. The ashes content inOphiopogonjaponicus was between (2.43±0.06)-(3.05±0.08)% , and the average content of ashes was 2.84 %. Extracts content in Ophiopogon japonicus lies between (70.91 ± 0.97) % - (76. 12 ±1. 30) %, and the content of extracts averages 73. 80%. All of them satisfy the standards prescribed in Chinese pharmacopoeia (2010). Meanwhile the moisture was less than 14.0%, the total ashes content was well under 4.0 %, the content of extracts was no less than 70%, which provided experimental data for the establishment of quality standards of Ophiopogon japonicu.s and can serve as a basis for the local use of Ophiopogon japonicusin Sichuan.
