针对无人值班变电站操作票成票率低的问题,结合220kV猇亭变电站的实际情况,提出了一套全新的、切实可行、易于操作的继电保护及自动装置压板管理的方法,并且成功应用于生产实践。实践结果表明,该方法减少了因保护及自动装置压板投退错误造成的操作票作废率和提高倒闸操作速度。
針對無人值班變電站操作票成票率低的問題,結閤220kV猇亭變電站的實際情況,提齣瞭一套全新的、切實可行、易于操作的繼電保護及自動裝置壓闆管理的方法,併且成功應用于生產實踐。實踐結果錶明,該方法減少瞭因保護及自動裝置壓闆投退錯誤造成的操作票作廢率和提高倒閘操作速度。

In allusion to the problem of low rate of switching operation ticket in unattended substation, combined with the practical situation of 220 kV Xiaoting substation, this paper put forward a new, practical, easy operation of relay protection and automatic device platen management method and it was successfully applied in production practice. The results show that the method reduces the operation ticket cancellation rate caused by the protection and automatic device for pressing changeover error, improving the operating speed.
