文章以汽车前车门内板为研究对象,基于单工序模拟精度偏低的问题,提出采用多步冲压成形数值模拟方法对多道冲压工序的回弹量进行预测,前车门内板窗框处最大回弹量为3.2mm.将模拟结果与试验结果进行比较,认为采用多步冲压成形模拟方法对回弹预测精度更高,预测精度可提高26%.通过优化成形工艺参数,提出合理的模具结构方案,得到回弹量在±0.7mm公差范围,模拟与实测结果更为吻合.

The front inner panel is taken as research object with the method of multi-steps stamping proposed and the numerical simulation method adopted to predict the springback at multi-steps stamping.Comparison between the simulation results and the experimental results shows that by using multi-steps stamping numerical simulation,the predicting accuracy of springback is enhanced by 26%.Through optimizing the technical parameters and rationalizing the die construction,the springback value is further limited.
