绝缘子覆冰闪络一直是覆冰地区输电线路发生故障的主要原因之一.为此,研究了110 kV复合绝缘子的覆冰电气特性.针对所研制的110 kV的防冰闪型绝缘子进行污秽模拟及覆冰过程试验,根据最低闪络电压法及u型曲线法进行覆冰电气试验.结果表明:在相同条件下,防冰闪型复合绝缘子的覆冰工频闪络电压比普通型复合绝缘子复合绝缘子约高10%~20%;覆冰越严重,防冰闪复合绝缘子的工频闪络电压比普通型复合绝缘子提高的幅度越大;覆冰越严重,防冰闪复合绝缘子的工频闪络电压比普通型复合绝缘子下降的趋势越缓.因此,优化复合绝缘子的伞形结构可改善其冰闪特性.

The 110 kV composite insulator performance was experimentally investigated. Artificial contamination and ice were carried on the anti-icing composite insulator. Ice coating electrical test was carried out by minimum flashover voltage method and U-curve method. The results show that the flashover voltage of the anti-ice flashover composite insulator is higher than normal composite insulator's by 10 %~20% in same condition. Moreover, the ice coating is more serious, the power frequency flashover voltage of anti-ice flashover composite insulator is higher than normal and the voltage drop of former is lower than the latter. So the composite insulator's umbrella structure can improve the ice flashover performance.
