目的 观察复方蜥蜴散对慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis,CAG)模型大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及胃黏膜病理形态学的影响,探讨其治疗CAG的作用机制.方法 将90只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,复方蜥蜴散大、中、小剂量组及维酶素组,除正常组以外,均采取55℃热盐水、2%水杨酸、20 mmol/L脱氧胆酸钠3个致萎缩因素配合饥饱失常造成CAG模型大鼠,分别运用复方蜥蜴散大、中、小剂量及维酶素治疗,观察各组大鼠血清TNF-α的含量及胃黏膜的病理学形态.结果 蜥蜴散大、中、小剂量组血清中TNF-α含量显著低于模型组(P<0.01),蜥蜴散大、中剂量组血清中TNF-α含量显著低于维酶素组(P<0.05).各组胃黏膜组织形态学观察,复方蜥蜴散组较模型组及维酶素组有明显改善.结论 复方蜥蜴散可以使CAG模型大鼠血清中TNF-α含量降低,能够明显改善CAG模型大鼠胃黏膜的炎症、萎缩性病变,对CAG模型大鼠有明显的治疗作用.

목적 관찰복방석척산대만성위축성위염(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis,CAG)모형대서종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)급위점막병리형태학적영향,탐토기치료CAG적작용궤제.방법 장90지SD웅성대서수궤분위정상조,모형조,복방석척산대、중、소제량조급유매소조,제정상조이외,균채취55℃열염수、2%수양산、20 mmol/L탈양담산납3개치위축인소배합기포실상조성CAG모형대서,분별운용복방석척산대、중、소제량급유매소치료,관찰각조대서혈청TNF-α적함량급위점막적병이학형태.결과 석척산대、중、소제량조혈청중TNF-α함량현저저우모형조(P<0.01),석척산대、중제량조혈청중TNF-α함량현저저우유매소조(P<0.05).각조위점막조직형태학관찰,복방석척산조교모형조급유매소조유명현개선.결론 복방석척산가이사CAG모형대서혈청중TNF-α함량강저,능구명현개선CAG모형대서위점막적염증、위축성병변,대CAG모형대서유명현적치료작용.
Objective To investigate the effect of compound lizards powder(TCLP) ,a compound Chinese medicine ,on the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), and gastric mucosa pathological change in rat model of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(CAG). and the mechanisms.Methods Ninety male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups:the normal control group,the model group,the Vitacoenzyme control group,the low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose TCLP groups. Except normal control group, other groups took 55℃ hot water which contained 150g/L NaCl,2% Salieylas and 20mmol/L sodium deoxyeholate,combined with overeating and hungering.All rats were treated with different medicines,after a month the rats were sacrificed,and their gastric mucosa and serum were collected to detect the serum level of TNF-α and observe the histology mucosa changes by microscope.Results Compared with model group,the serum level of TNF-α in the rats of all TCLP groups was significantly lowered(P<0.01). Compared with Vitacoenzyme control group the serum level of TNF-α in the rats of middle-dose and high-dose TCLP groups was significantly lowered(P<0.05), and the pathological changes were significant. Conclusion TCLP can significantly adjust level of TNF-α,and has protective function against the gastric mucosal injury.
