利用OM、SEM、XRD及力学性能测试,研究Sb含量对Mg-6Zn-Y-Zr-xSb合金铸态组织及性能的影响.结果表明:添加Sb可以使晶界处网状连续组织变为颗粒状,并且随着Sb含量增加,颗粒的体积分数增加.低Sb含量合金的铸造组织由α-Mg、富锌相、共晶组织(α-Mg+I相)和YSb组成;随着Sb含量的增加,I相逐渐消失,Mg3Sb2和二元共晶Mg4Zn7开始出现.起初合金的拉伸强度和延伸率随Sb含量的增加而提高,而当Sb含量过大时,合金的综合力学性能下降.
利用OM、SEM、XRD及力學性能測試,研究Sb含量對Mg-6Zn-Y-Zr-xSb閤金鑄態組織及性能的影響.結果錶明:添加Sb可以使晶界處網狀連續組織變為顆粒狀,併且隨著Sb含量增加,顆粒的體積分數增加.低Sb含量閤金的鑄造組織由α-Mg、富鋅相、共晶組織(α-Mg+I相)和YSb組成;隨著Sb含量的增加,I相逐漸消失,Mg3Sb2和二元共晶Mg4Zn7開始齣現.起初閤金的拉伸彊度和延伸率隨Sb含量的增加而提高,而噹Sb含量過大時,閤金的綜閤力學性能下降.
이용OM、SEM、XRD급역학성능측시,연구Sb함량대Mg-6Zn-Y-Zr-xSb합금주태조직급성능적영향.결과표명:첨가Sb가이사정계처망상련속조직변위과립상,병차수착Sb함량증가,과립적체적분수증가.저Sb함량합금적주조조직유α-Mg、부자상、공정조직(α-Mg+I상)화YSb조성;수착Sb함량적증가,I상축점소실,Mg3Sb2화이원공정Mg4Zn7개시출현.기초합금적랍신강도화연신솔수Sb함량적증가이제고,이당Sb함량과대시,합금적종합역학성능하강.
Effects of Sb content on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-6Zn-Y-Zr-xSb alloy were investigated by OM,SEM,XRD and mechanical property test.The results indicate that addition of Sb can break continuous network structure into particles in the interdendritic spaces,and with increasing Sb content,the volume fraction of these particles increases.The as-cast microstructure of the alloy with low content of Sb consists of α-Mg,Zn-rich phase,eutectic structure (α-Mg+I-phase) and YSb.With increasing Sb content,Mg3Sb2 and Mg4Zn7 phases appear,whileI-phase disappears finally.The ultimate tensile strength and elongation increase first with the increase of Sb content,while the mechanical properties reduce at excessive Sb content.
