目的 探讨情景教学方法在妇产科学临床见习教学中的可行性及应用效果.方法 选择武汉大学2005级临床医学专业89名学生为研究对象,在妇产科学临床教学中,将学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组45名学生,对照组44名学生.实验组采用情景教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法.教学结束后比较两组学生的理论及操作考核成绩,并采用问卷调查方法评价两种教学方法的教学效果.结果 实验组学生的出科考核(理论和操作)成绩优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).考核及问卷调查结果显示,情景教学方法优于传统教学方法.结论 妇产科学临床见习教学中实施情景教学方法,促进了学生的学习兴趣及综合能力,提高了妇产科学的临床教学质量.

Objective Discussed the feasibility and superiority of scene teaching method in gynecological clinic apprentice.Methods To choose 89 students from clinical medicine major of 2005 grade,randomly divided into two groups,experimental group 45 students with the scene teaching methods,the control group 44 students using traditional teaching methods.Compare the learning interest of the students,theory and operation assessment,and the students' evaluation of teaching effect through questionnaire of the two teaching methods between the two groups.Results The students' interest in learning and assessment results of experimental group were better than control group,and the result had significant differences( P<0.01 ).Conclusions The implementation of scene teaching method in gynecological clinic apprentice obviously improved the students' interest in study and comprehensive ability and improved the clinical teaching quality of obstetrics and gynecology.
