目的 探讨中西医结合健康教育对慢支患者疗效和预后的影响.方法 将2010年1月至2011年6月在我院就诊的100例慢支患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组行常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础之上予以中西医结合健康教育干预,比较两组患者的疗效和预后.结果 对照组和干预组的治愈率分别为84.0％和96.0％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预组患者的疗效和预后明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 中西医结合健康教育干预有助于改善慢支患者的疗效和预后,值得研究推广.

목적 탐토중서의결합건강교육대만지환자료효화예후적영향.방법 장2010년1월지2011년6월재아원취진적100례만지환자수궤분위간예조화대조조각50례,대조조행상규호리,간예조재상규호리기출지상여이중서의결합건강교육간예,비교량조환자적료효화예후.결과 대조조화간예조적치유솔분별위84.0％화96.0％,차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05);간예조환자적료효화예후명현우우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 중서의결합건강교육간예유조우개선만지환자적료효화예후,치득연구추엄.
Objective To explore the effect of health education to combine traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on curative effect and prognosis of patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods The clinical materials of 100 patients were reviewed from Jan.2010 to Jue.2011,and randomly divided into two groups:intervention group and control group to compare the cure rate and prognosis.The intervention group was treated with the health education care,and control group was treated with routine nursing.Results The cure rate of intervention group was 96.0％ while the other group was 84.0％.Compared with the control group,the curative effect and prognosis were significantly better in the intervention group (P ＜0.05 ).Conclusions Health education to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine can help to improve cure rate and prognosis of patients with chronic bronchitis,and be worth to research deeply.
