以某全地域越野车为例,对其转矩套管式非独立悬架系统的结构型式、设计特点等进行了分析.运用拓扑结构理论,对原型车悬架系统关键零部件间的连接关系、约束关系进行了研究,建立了悬架系统的拓扑构型,并对悬架系统关键零部件进行了性能计算分析,为转矩套管式悬架系统的深入研究与开发奠定了理论基础.

Taking the all-terrian cross-country vehicle as an example, analysis on the structural type, designing characteristics of its torque tube-typed non-independent suspension frame system was carried out. Utilizing the topological structural theory, an anal-ysis was carried out on the linking relation and constraint relation between key components of the prototype vehicle suspension frame system. The topological configuration of suspension system was es-toblished, and the performance calculation analysis on key compo-nents of suspension system was carried out, thus laid a theoretical foundation for the deep study and development of torque tube-typed suspension frame system.
