以苹果梨及其11个变异单系为材料,通过果实品质分析,以期筛选出综合性状表现优良的变异单系.结果表明:苹果梨在大面积栽培过程中发生了遗传变异,供试苹果梨单系在果实品质方面表现出一定的差异,部分变异单系个别性状或综合性状优于苹果梨.单系P_1、P_3、P_5、P_7、P_8、P_9和P_11外观表现较好,为大果型变异;内部品质变化也较大,果实总糖质量分数变化不大,总酸质量分数和糖酸比差异显著,糖酸比较高,可溶性固形物质量分数较高.通过分析,综合性状表现较好的变异单系是P_1、P_5、P_7、P_8.
以蘋果梨及其11箇變異單繫為材料,通過果實品質分析,以期篩選齣綜閤性狀錶現優良的變異單繫.結果錶明:蘋果梨在大麵積栽培過程中髮生瞭遺傳變異,供試蘋果梨單繫在果實品質方麵錶現齣一定的差異,部分變異單繫箇彆性狀或綜閤性狀優于蘋果梨.單繫P_1、P_3、P_5、P_7、P_8、P_9和P_11外觀錶現較好,為大果型變異;內部品質變化也較大,果實總糖質量分數變化不大,總痠質量分數和糖痠比差異顯著,糖痠比較高,可溶性固形物質量分數較高.通過分析,綜閤性狀錶現較好的變異單繫是P_1、P_5、P_7、P_8.

A study was conducted to screen the optimal varied strains of apple pear with superior fruit quality traits using eleven varied strains of apple pear as testing materials. Results indicate that some genetic variation occurred between different strains in the course of large scale popularization of apple pear. Some differences in fruit quality traits between different testing strains were observed, and the separate or synthetic characters of apple pear from some varied strains were improved. Outward appearances of the varied strains P_1, P_3, P_5, P_7, P_8, P_9, and P_11 were better than those of the others due to their large fruits, which belonged to fruit size variation. The internal quality of the apple pear from the above varied strains changed a lot, and mass fraction of total sugar changed little. The differences in mass fraction of total acid and sugar acid ratio between the varied strains and the control were significant at the 5% level. Sugar acid ratio and soluble solid content of the varied strains were higher. Four optimal varied strains with superior synthetic characters, P_1, P_5, P_7, and P_8, were screened out.
