在对长度效应的杠杆增力机构和基于角度效应的铰杆增力机构进行分析分类的基础上,用串联、对称、反向、双向对中输出、双向浮动输出等创新演绎方法,创新设计出了系统性的单边铰杆-杠杆串联组合增力机构和双边铰杆-杠杆串联组合增力机构,形成了该类机构的完整图谱,并对各类型机构进行了力学分析,最后应用到实践中.
在對長度效應的槓桿增力機構和基于角度效應的鉸桿增力機構進行分析分類的基礎上,用串聯、對稱、反嚮、雙嚮對中輸齣、雙嚮浮動輸齣等創新縯繹方法,創新設計齣瞭繫統性的單邊鉸桿-槓桿串聯組閤增力機構和雙邊鉸桿-槓桿串聯組閤增力機構,形成瞭該類機構的完整圖譜,併對各類型機構進行瞭力學分析,最後應用到實踐中.

On the basis of carrying out analytical classification on the lever force increasing mechanisms bearing a length effect and the hinge-rod force increasing mechanism based on an angle effect, utilizing the innovative deduction method of series connection, sym-metry, reversion, two-way centering output, two-way floating output etc., the systematic single sided hinge-rod and lever series con-nected combination force increasing mechanism and double sided hinge-rod and lever series connected combination force increasing mechanism were innovatively designed.Thus the complete atlas of this typed mechanism was formed, and the mechanics analyses were carried out on every kind of mechanisms and finally let the atlas be applied into practice.
