金工实习实训对于培养工科类大学生的工程理念、实践动手能力、技术创新能力等诸方面发挥着积极而重要的作用，为了适应国内、国际技术经济新形势的发展，改进、改革金工实习实训教学是摆在我们面前的一个重大课题。本文结合工科实际创新工科教学理念、提高实习实训指导教师素质、丰富金工实习实训教学内涵、推行“双证制”、加强实习实训教学管理等五个方面探讨金工实习实训教学改革路子。
금공실습실훈대우배양공과류대학생적공정이념、실천동수능력、기술창신능력등제방면발휘착적겁이중요적작용，위료괄응국내、국제기술경제신형세적발전，개진、개혁금공실습실훈교학시파재아문면전적일개중대과제。본문결합공과실제창신공과교학이념、제고실습실훈지도교사소질、봉부금공실습실훈교학내함、추행“쌍증제”、가강실습실훈교학관리등오개방면탐토금공실습실훈교학개혁로자。
Metalworking practice and training education plays a great role in the euhivation of engineering concept, practical ability, innovation capability for engineering students, and it＇s extremely necessary to develop, improve and reform the traditional metalworking practice and training education according to the technical progress. Therefore, the innovation experience methods of metalworking practice and training education are analyzed from five parts： introducing engineering education innovation concepts, improving the practice and training teachers＇ quality, enriching metalworking practice and training contents, introducing double permit system, enhancing practice and training education management.
