目的 探讨细菌性阴道病(BV)与高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的关系。方法 对867例BV患者(BV组)和610例女性健康志愿者(对照组)进行生殖道HR-HPV检测,并对阳性患者进行随访。比较两组的HR-HPV感染率以及HPV感染的自然转阴率。结果 BV组的HR-HPV感染率为17.2%,高于对照组的10.7% (P =0.000);BV组HPV感染的1年转阴率为77.6%,对照组HPV感染的1年转阴率为84.8%,两组差异无统计学意义(P =0.414)。结论 细菌性阴道病与女性生殖道高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染存在相关性,积极治疗细菌性阴道病,有助于减少人群HPV的感染率,降低CIN和宫颈癌的发生率。

목적 탐토세균성음도병(BV)여고위형인유두류병독(HR-HPV)감염적관계。방법 대867례BV환자(BV조)화610례녀성건강지원자(대조조)진행생식도HR-HPV검측,병대양성환자진행수방。비교량조적HR-HPV감염솔이급HPV감염적자연전음솔。결과 BV조적HR-HPV감염솔위17.2%,고우대조조적10.7% (P =0.000);BV조HPV감염적1년전음솔위77.6%,대조조HPV감염적1년전음솔위84.8%,량조차이무통계학의의(P =0.414)。결론 세균성음도병여녀성생식도고위형인유두류병독감염존재상관성,적겁치료세균성음도병,유조우감소인군HPV적감염솔,강저CIN화궁경암적발생솔。
Objective To study whether the presence of bacterial vaginosis (BV) increased the infection rate of high risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV) in female genital tract. Methods The BV group had 867 patients who were diagnosed as bacterial vaginosis,and the control group had 610 female healthy volunteers without BV. Both the BV patients and the healthy volunteers were tested for HR-HPV infection rate and clearance rate. Results The HR-HPV infection rate of BV group was 17.2% ,higher than the control group's 10.7% (P = 0.000) ,and 1 year HR-HPV clearance rate of BV group was 77. 6%, a little lower than the control group' s 84. 8% ( P = 0. 414).Conclusion There was significant correlation between the presence of BV and HR-HPV infection. But 1 year HPV clearance rate had no difference between BV group and control group, indicated that efficient treatment to BV enhanced the vagina's anti-infection ability and decreased the incidence of HPV infection so as to reduce the incidence of CIN and cervical cancer.
