有色金属材料铝合金(LY12)和铝青铜(QAl 9-1-1-5)用作发电机转子槽楔,其性能主要由合适的热处理工艺决定.经实验分析认为,铝合金500℃左右淬火时效后,形成了α+(α+θ+S)组织,使材料得到一定强化.对于铝青铜用正火工艺代替退火后淬火+回火处理,得到β′+(α+γ2)+K相+Fe相,其性能得到很好的改善,而且更加经济实用.因为铝青铜性能好于铝合金,因此常用作中间部位承受载荷较大的压持、固定槽楔,而铝合金则用在承载较小且嵌于转子两端的夹持楔.

Non-ferrous metals, aluminium alloy(LY12)and aluminium bronzes(QAl 9-1-1-5), can be used as slot wedges of generator rotors. Their management and properties are mainly determined by suitable techniques of heat treatment. After quenching and aging at 500℃ ,the structure α+(α+θ+S)formed in aluminium alloys strengthens the material. For aluminium bronzes the technique of plns replaces the process of quenching+tempering after annealing, the β′+(α+γ2)+K phase +Fe phase is achieved, and their properties are improved excellently. Moreover, they are more economical and useful. Because the properties of aluminium bronzes are better than those of aluminium alloy, the former is used for pressing and fixing in intermediate areas of the rotor to bear larger loads, and the latter for clamping at a both ends to beav minor loads.
